How to prepare for Lidl assessments and land the job?

Make sure you meet the requirements and submit before the deadline.

Lidl uses three online assessments for screening candidates. Depending on the role, it could be any or all of the following:

• Numerical Reasoning Test
• Verbal Reasoning Test
• Situational Judgement Test

You may get rejected after these Lidl aptitude tests. These tests sift out 50-80% of candidates. The only proven way to get to the next round is practice.
